Consider international stock markets carefully
Friday September 5, 2008
Stock markets operate all over the world, so you need not merely restrict yourself to the Australian stock exchange. If you do decide to start investing in shares internationally, though, make sure you start by establishing a good knowledge base for investing in the region. Choosing a stock broker or stock brokers who specialise in the stock markets you wish to invest in can be a good start, but you will need to educate yourself as well. If you intend to visit the region on a regular basis, you could also find learning about the business etiquette of the country to be useful, as it could significantly improve the impressions you make on foreign businesspeople.
