Stock markets are not an entirely predictable system, with various factors acting upon them. Business changes, government policies and major world events can have large effects on stock markets, but even speculation and predictions can affect how stock markets will behave.
If you cannot make informed judgments about which stock market shares to invest in, then stock markets may not be for you, or else you may want to approach stock brokers. Choosing the right stock broker can be a challenge in and of itself, but a professional will often do better with your investment capital than you could as an untrained investor.
