Know The Risks When Margin Trading

If you decide to borrow to invest and engage in margin trading, be sure that you fully understand the risk you are taking. It can be too easy to get blinded by the potential gains that can be made through successful margin trading. It is true that margin trading can provide much larger gains than merely investing in shares with your own money. Unfortunately, it also means you can lose a lot more money than you would just by investing your own funds. Always hold in mind that you can never entirely rely on growth of investments in stock markets.
