Will the Wall St bailout pass?

The stock markets took a big hit after the initial rejection the Wall St bailout received, but there is greater hope now that a revised bill has been passed by the Senate. It now falls back to the US House of Representatives, which many predict will see some recovery for many of the world's stock markets if the revised bailout is approved. Whether the bill will pass, and whether it will work and bring some stability back to world stock markets, is uncertain.
