What's happening with the stock markets?

Stock markets are currently offering days of disaster and days of triumph, but predicting when each kind of day will occur has become a definite gamble. When trading on stock markets at the moment, even following professional advice from stock brokers can be risky, so caution and informed judgment are advisable, as always. With many people selling shares as soon as any bad news is declared, there are quite a few opportunities for buying shares at prices much lower than they have been in recent years, although there is still obviously great danger of these falling even further. For the moment, there is very little that can be accurately predicted about what will happen on the stock markets.
